To your own self-imposed schedule or daily regimen?

I live by mine. I feel I have figured out how I can make my own day the most productive. I schedule almost everything (except those factors requiring spontaneity),

So do you maintain a regimen?
Do you vary from it often?

I am very much a creature of habit, so in my daily life I do have a specific routine, and I adhere to it unless I have something else going on that interrupts that.

 

I have a routine that I stick by unless its interrupted but try to stick as close to it as possible

 

My addiction to routine has cost me a booty call or two. Call it OCD or whatever. I could learn more flexibility..... or balance between routine and spontaneity.

 

No routine. I wake when I want, usually between 7am and noon, and then fuck off the rest of the day, and back to bed by 2-3am.
Life is good.

 

I retired in 2003... gave up regimentation and yanked the phone out of the wall... until 2018 I lived where my motorcycle was parked till my back and my health started giving up the ghost, slept till noon everyday and hit the sack when I was tired, bills were all paid and the kids are grown, gone and doing a damn sight better than I was in my mid-forties... I'm with Conroe, life is great.

 

I do not have a routine. Other than having to be at work at a certain time, everything else is just a “go with the flow” kind of thing. So I don’t eat at certain times, or go to bed at a set time, or any of that. My ex hated how unpredictable I am.

 

I have a routine of waking up, going to work, then, going home, sleep, and repeat.

 

Dude after reading the available options to vote I'm wondering if you can fit some medical attention into your routine?

 

I’m OCD to the extreme and hate my schedules being fucked with. This year has been rough to deal with for mez

 

I have a loose routine I tend to stick to, but I'm very flexible. If something comes up I can adapt fairly easily, and I don't beat myself if my day gets thrown off and I don't do what I had planned for the day.

 

I have certain things that are routine like waking up early on Saturday to going shopping later that day. As for work I do have a certain time that I wake up in the morning. Once a day I walk my dog around block. I do eat at a certain time but rather just get it out of the way. My sleep schedule is based upon if my body saying you are tired.

 

It’s been so hard for me but my husband is more important.

 

I had a fairly structured routine. But now with my job I have to shape my time around it.
So I've learned to go with the flow and was flexible and adaptable anyway.
Im actually happier this way in general but have to make the best use of my available spare time now.

 

I have to keep regular hours at work as a support for others. I feed my dog at regular intervals. Apart from that, my life is utterly unstructured. I do what I want, when I want.

 

Before retiring, I had a routine that worked. Now? Fuck it, I do what I want when I want.

I don't follow rules
Never conform
Always stand out
Dont like barriers, or being locked inside
As long as I don't have do anything all is copecetic

 

I’m a slave

 

I have my alarm set for 6am. I usually wake up sometime between 4 and 6. When I wake up I make some coffee and play arounnd on my phone or computer until I need to shower and get ready for work. Other than that I have no strict routine. I am a slave to the clock at work, though.
