I have about 10 in piece of broom handle. Sanded smooth and painted with tough white glossy paint. Hole in one end with piece of nylon hose band thru it and this attached to old elastic waistband from ol pair of my undies. Opposite of where this is attached to the waistband is another length of nylon band that is about 6-8 inches long.
I slip the waistband up my legs, around my waist with the broom handle up my ass (well lubed). Then to keep it in and from slipping out, I reach under and between my legs, grabbing the other piece of nylon and pull it up and thru my legs and over the end of the broom.
